How does creation work?
We discuss your business or project, then present a mockup. You approve your mini-site, we publish it, and you share it with your customers. Design includes 1 mockup round and 1 revision round.
What does the satisfaction guarantee cover?
Choose a mockup and combine your feedback into the included revision round. You approve before publication. Additional revisions or changes of scope require a separate agreement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account. Cancellation stops the next monthly or annual renewal, depending on your plan. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
Does anyone need to install an app?
No. A link or QR code opens the mini-site in a browser. An internet connection is all visitors need. Your account requires secure sign-in.
What can a mini-site do?
Showcase services, a promotion, a menu or an event. Visitors can call, email or open your booking, ordering or registration tools. Custom integrations are quoted separately.
Are Apple Wallet and Google Wallet included?
Yes, they are included with your mini-site. After creation, we provide the links to add your pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Keep it ready on your phone: open Wallet, show the QR and let the other person scan it to open your mini-site in their browser.
Where can I share my mini-site?
Share the link on social media, in emails and messages. Put the QR code on posters, menus or packaging. In person, open your Wallet pass and show the QR to introduce your mini-site.
Can I have several pages?
Yes. Your adviser can add pages for different services or campaigns, all in one company account.
How do I update my page?
Contact your adviser. We confirm changes and costs before any paid work. New features, pages or custom projects are quoted separately.
Can I have a custom domain name?
Your personalized BuzzTap link is included at no extra charge. A custom domain is optional at CA$29.99 per year, extra, plus taxes. This includes purchase and renewal of the domain managed by BuzzTap. Availability is confirmed before purchase; a request does not trigger payment.
